By accessing and using the QhX Hub and its associated catalogue, you agree to the following terms:

• Scope. This Catalogue is provided for research and educational purposes only. No warranty is expressed or implied.
• Access. Access is subject to admin approval. Accounts may be suspended for misuse or excessive load.
• Attribution. Users must cite LSST DP1 and the QhX pipeline when publishing results derived from this resource.
• Data exports. Exports include provenance fields. Do not remove or alter metadata headers in redistributed subsets.
• Acceptable use. No attempts to re-identify private information, disrupt services, or circumvent rate limits.
• Liability. In no event shall the maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Updates. Terms may change; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the QhX Hub or its data products.
