In-Kind Contribution to LSST

In-kind contribution of the SER-SAG team to the Vera C. Rubin Observatory's Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST) has two parts: SER-SAG1 (software contribution) and SER-SAG2 (telescope contribution).
